A roof project starts with a clear conversation.
Tell us what you’re noticing: damaged or missing shingles, signs of a leak, or a roof you’re considering replacing. What to include in your request
Share the property address, what needs attention, and whether you know the approximate age or material of the roof. If you have photographs, mention them in your message; Nathan can arrange a way to receive them during follow-up.
Repair or replacement?
The right scope depends on the roof’s condition and the findings from a property review. An online inquiry alone cannot establish the cause of a leak, the work required, or the final price. Describe the issue without worrying about diagnosing it yourself.
Before work begins
Ask about the proposed materials, tear-off and disposal, protection of surrounding areas, and how changes to the agreed scope will be handled. Review the written scope, price, schedule, and any applicable warranty terms before making a decision.
Keeping your home—or considering a sale?
This page is for homeowners looking to hire work on their property. If you want to sell your house in its current condition, use our separate seller inquiry.
